Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Wrong item received
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Replacements
If your product is damaged or defective, we will offer:
- Replacement of the product, OR
- Refund (as per availability)
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong address provided by customer
- Delayed delivery due to courier issues
- Used or damaged by customer
Shipping for Returns
If a return is approved, customers may need to ship the product back (or it will be handled as per supplier policy).
